Elul is the Jewish lunar month leading up to Rosh Hashanah. It is a powerful time to reflect on the past year, open to new wisdom, and connect with what is important in your life. Together we will prepare for a transformative holiday season. 

This workshop will include

• Exploration of the High Holiday prayers, melodies, and themes
• Jewish teachings around forgiveness and repair
• Guided visualizations to explore our relationships with our selves, our community, and the
• Sharing breakouts and accountability groups
