Zach Fredman is the creative director and rabbi of the Temenos Center for the Arts, a new york based non profit that creates concerts, ceremonies, books, albums, tarot decks, teachings, and community that lives where the arts and spirituality find their greatest reciprocity. He is the founder, composer and oud player for The Epichorus, a world music ensemble that performs new material rooted in the traditions of Arabic maqam and Hebrew piyut. He writes, teaches and performs regularly in the Hudson Valley and in New York City.
