(Four Sundays, 11-12:30 ET)

Throughout the Hebrew month of Elul, which precedes the Jewish New Year, join Rabbi Shir and Renee for a workshop exploring Teshuvah (Returning) in preparation for the transformative opportunity of the High Holiday season. We will dive deeply into seasonal music, teachings, and practices — chanting, meditation, journaling, and breathwork — that allow us to clear out and create openings for new possibilities.

The workshop culminates in a day-long Quest on the Shabbat of Slichot (forgiveness).

Week 1: Sunday, Aug. 23 – Reflecting on the Past

Week 2: Sunday, Aug. 30 – Blame and Forgiveness (Others)

Week 3: Sunday, Sept. 6 – Blame and Forgiveness (Self)
